Desert Hiking with the Bride

Casual/Sports attire

For anyone in town early, join the bride for a desert mountain hike with beautiful views of saguaro cactus and desert wildlife. This easy-moderate trail is a 4-mile loop with gentle elevation gain, ample parking, and restroom facilities at the trailhead. Be sure to bring water and sturdy shoes. Golfing with the Groom

12:00 pm - 2:30 pm

For anyone in town early, join the groom for some friendly golf competition! Food and drink will be available for purchase, no golfing skills are required, and kids are welcome too. Once we have a headcount, we'll try to secure adjoining golfing bays.

Welcome Night Social

6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

We appreciate everyone traveling so far to celebrate our wedding! We would love to spend extra time with you during this casual, come-and-go event. Come ready to enjoy some great pizza and other goodies! Note: Pitch has 2 restaurants in Scottsdale, so please be sure to join us at the Thomas Road location near Old Town Scottsdale.

Ceremony & Cocktail Hour

5:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Cocktail / Formal optional: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Guests are welcome to begin arriving at 4:30pm for the wedding ceremony. Following the outdoor ceremony, we invite you to enjoy cocktails and passed hors d'oeuvres as the sun sets. There will be several outdoor fireplaces, but you might want a light jacket or wrap as the desert climate cools in the evening.

Dinner & Dancing

6:30 pm - 10:30 pm

We’ll transition indoors to enjoy a plated dinner, dancing, and more festivities
