While we love all of our little cousins and tiny friends , due to restricted venue numbers we chose to make this an ADULT-ONLY celebration. Only children in the wedding party will be in attendance. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us ! Thank you for understanding.
We ask that you please keep all cell phones and cameras turned off or put away during the ceremony portion of our evening. We've hired a wonderful team to capture all of our special moments and we promise to share them with you!
Guest can park in the free venue site parking garage 28 Cabarrus Ave. W Concord, NC 28025 On foot - Exit the parking garage , turn left , walk up the side walk , turn left on union street, walk up the side walk, the venue entrance will be on your left , you will see the burgundy awning . **For our guest who are unable to walk the distance from the parking garage to the venue , you may exit your vehicle at the front doors of the venue , while a member of your party parks in the parking garage .
We kindly request Black-tie/Formal attire. Please, no casual wear. This includes but is not limited to: shorts, jeans, tennis shoes, sundresses, etc. What Black Tie Formal Attire Is: tuxes, formal dark suits, tie, full/floor length gown, a fancy cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit.
Due to venue capacity if it was not specified in the invitation , then we regret that we cannot host any additional guest that didn’t receive formal invitations.
Of course! We will have appetizers , a plated meal and a variety of desserts.
The venue doors will open at 3:30pm, please arrive no later than 4:00pm NO GUESTS will be permitted to enter the venue after the ceremony has begun. Late guests must wait in the cocktail hour space.

Yes, there will be an open bar. We ask that you please tip the bartender well. Please drink responsibly and arrange for UBER or Lyft rides if you plan to indulge. For those who would like something more specific to their tastebuds , there is a bar on the first floor of the venue (guest are responsible for the cost of their drinks ) .
You are more than welcome to stay at any hotel you’d prefer . However , we have listed the hotels in which we have blocked off rooms for guest . Please refer to the travel page !

Unfortunately, no. We suggest using UBER , LYFT or carpool as it would be a short ride to the venue if you’d prefer not to drive your vehicle.
We'd appreciate it if you RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, or at the latest by February 12. You can scan the QR code enclosed with your invitation to submit your RSVP, so no need to mail anything back!
Please RSVP and then email the wedding coordinator Whitney Knight at whitney@itsabeautifuldayllc.com so that we can remove you from the catering count. The reception and ceremony will be held in the same venue, you will be missed if you leave!
