Wedding Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Black-Tie: Wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses, tuxes or dark suits with neckties or bowties.
Doors will open for guest to enter the ceremony space at 3:30 pm. No guest will be permitted to enter the ceremony space after 4:00 pm. Wedding Guest can park in the free venue site parking garage: 28 Cabarrus Ave. W Concord, NC 28025 On foot - Exit the parking garage , turn left , walk up the side walk , turn left on union street, walk up the side walk, the venue entrance will be on your left , you will see the burgundy awning . **For our guest who are unable to walk the distance from the parking garage to the venue , you may exit your vehicle at the front doors of the venue , while a member of your party parks in the parking garage .
Cocktail Hour
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

A variety of Hors d'oeuvres and non-alcoholic drinks will be served. For our guest who would like a more spirited refreshment, please visit the bar on the first floor . Drinks purchased at the bar are at the expense of the guest.
Reception
5:30 pm - 10:00 pm

A plated dinner will be served. Open bar will be available during the reception. A choice of beer , wine and our signature drink.
