Straight to Ale

Founded by local home brewers in 2009, Straight to Ale has quickly grown to become one of Alabama’s largest production breweries. Straight To Ale has gained regional and national attention within the craft beer community. In the summer of 2016 we opened our new 45,000 square foot facility at Campus 805. At this location, we expanded to include cider and mead production along with Shelta Cavern Spirits, and Ale's Kitchen, a scratch made kitchen. We are Southern Born, Southern Brewed!

U.S. Space & Rocket Center

Its large rocket and space hardware collection is valued in the tens of millions of dollars. From America’s first satellite, Explorer I, to next generation space vehicles like Sierra Nevada’s Dream Chaser, the museum showcases the past, present and future of human spaceflight. The U.S. Space & Rocket Center serves as the Official NASA Visitor Center for Marshall Space Flight Center and is an affiliate of the Smithsonian Institution. A MUST see!

Huntsville Botanical Garden

The Huntsville Botanical Garden is a 118 acres botanical garden located at 4747 Bob Wallace Avenue, Huntsville, Alabama, near the U.S. Space & Rocket Center. It is open year-round for a fee. The garden is ranked third on the list of Alabama's top paid tourist attractions, receiving 353,841 visitors in 2018.

U.S. Veterans Memorial Museum

Located in Huntsville Alabama, this is one of the premier military museums in the country. The exhibits of memorabilia, artifacts, and military equipment range from the American Revolutionary War to present day. Included in the collection are many rare and important artifacts including the oldest surviving jeep: the Ford Pygmy.

Monte Sano State Park
