Missed the RSVP Deadline?

Answer

We're sorry you can't make it to our wedding! Our RSVP Deadline has now passed (Sept. 1, 2024). We would have loved to see you there, but we must turn in our final guest numbers to our vendors. Your presence will be missed!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your formal Wedding Invitation will reflect the individual guest count per invidation. Example: Mr. Joel Mason and Mrs. Tina Mason or Ms. Sally Smith and Guest Both count as two individuals formally invited. Outside of the formal invitiation, bringing a "guest" to the Wedding is not permitted, due to space constraints & cost.

Are children welcome?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do; however, we want our wedding to be your night off! Because of space and financial limitations, we can only host those adult individuals who received an invitation addressed directly to them. If you need help finding a sitter, please let us know and we will provide you with recommendations. We hope to still see you there!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

YES! Semi-Formal/Cocktail: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Tuxes, Jackets, OR Slacks are welcome, as well as a long sleeve button up for men, with a Tie or Bow Tie. We kindly ask that no shorts (cargo or khaki), nor sandals, be worn be worn by men. Women are kindly asked to wear a dress or formal wear; our chosen venue, Ivy Oaks, has grass, some gravel rock, and concrete. We request you wear shoes that are comfortable to you, and can traverse across these variations.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are ONLY registered on Zola & Amazon (the website you're currently on); kindly preview our "Registry" tab! We would love a gift towards the items & projects we've selected together, for our future adventures and home. If you do not feel comfortable with gifting to our prefered "cash funds" on the Registry tab, we would love a gift card to Lowe's, Home Depot, Delta Airlines (for our Honey-Moon), or Airbnb/Verbo (also for our Honey-Moon), in gift size. We cannot thank you enough for supporting & loving us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The Ceremony & Reception are at the same venue, Ivy Oaks. There will be signs posted to direct you toward the parking area.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our food will be Gluten-Free, due to Kristen's Celiac's Disease, so we will have Gluten Free options across the board (food, dessert, drinks). Anything outside of Celiac's, please contact Kristen directly.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Due to costs, we are unable to provide transporation between hotel to venue. There are many family members who are local to the area, that may be able to help. Feel free to contact any of our family members or ourselves to better assist!

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

While we will have a rehersal dinner for those specifically included, there are no special events outside of our Wedding.
