The room block is now set up, and if you would like to stay on the property at Innisbrook Resort, you can call 1-855-778-4018 to make your reservations. Mention Kristen & Tony’s wedding to get the Group Rate discount. The Group Rates apply for 3 days before and after the wedding date (Saturday, November 30) in case you want to extend your stay. For full transparency & to avoid discrepancies, the rates we were quoted are as follows: • Deluxe Guestrooms (typical hotel room) - $179.00 + $40.00 Resort fee* + 13% tax • Executive Suites - $229.00 + $40.00 Resort fee* + 13% tax • One Bedroom Suites - $269.00 + $40.00 Resort fee* + 13% tax • Two Bedroom Suites - $339.00 + $40.00 Resort fee* + 13% tax You can read more about the different room/suite types and see pictures here: Tampa Fl Hotel Suites | Innisbrook Golf Resort – Accommodations | Florida Hotel Accommodations All suites contain a kitchen. We were told each suite contains a queen-size pull-out couch as well. **If they state they don’t have any rooms available when you call, it just means the room block has been filled, and they will need to add more rooms to the block; it does NOT mean the resort is completely booked.** We were told the wedding room block rates are the best rates possible, however, if you wanted to talk with them about using a different discount (AARP, AAA, FL or GA discount, etc.) you can ask when you call. Check-in begins at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am  Since the wedding ceremony starts at 4:15 PM, we asked about an early check-in the day of the wedding, and this was their response: “We cannot guarantee an early check in on their day of arrival, it is based on availability at the time of arrival. We do our best to try to get guests in early if we can, but, again it’s dependent on our occupancy the night before.”

Tampa International Airport is the largest airport closest to where we’re getting married, approximately a 30-40 minute drive. You can Uber/Lyft from there or rent a car.

St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport (PIE)

This smaller airport is about 25-35 minutes from the venue, but it has great flight options on Allegiant!
