To make things easy on guests, the mother of the bride has reserved a block of rooms for each of our guests. The room block rate is $125/night. Prior to the wedding, we ask that you please call the hotel to switch the reservation and method of payment to your name. If you'd prefer to make your own accommodation arrangements, simply let us know and we'll remove your room from the room block!

Shuttle

Shuttle to and from Venue

May 23, 2020 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

A shuttle will be provided to and from the wedding. It will be picking guests up at Heritage Hills Gold Resort and bring them to the wedding. The schedule is as follows: 2:00pm - First pick up from Heritage Hills 2:40pm - Second pick up from Heritage Hills 9:30pm - First shuttle leaves venue 10:00pm - Second shuttle leaves venue
