What about COVID?

Answer

We are moving forward with planning our day and hope that the COVID restrictions will be lifted. In the event that there are still restrictions in NYS, we will make sure we are following them and that all guests feel safe. At this time, NYS is requiring proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test to attend.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids - we really do, but we want it to be your night off too! If you need help finding a babysitter, please let us know, we would love to help you out!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please let the bride know ASAP so she can make any accommodations necessary.

How soon should I book my room?

Answer

We have a room block at The Saratoga Hilton until November 22, 2021. We recommend reserving your room sooner rather than later. You are not charged for this room until the day of the event.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail or formal please. We want you to feel comfortable but also looking amazing for all of the photos that are being taken throughout the night!

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will all be taking place at the Saratoga Hilton. We wanted this to be an easy "one stop shop" for all our family and friends who are traveling for our special day!
