When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Invitations will be sent out in January/February. Please do your best to RSVP as soon as possible, or by April 15th, for our planning purposes.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we would love to invite everyone, we’re having the ceremony and reception for our close friends and family. That being said only the individuals listed on the invitations are invited. If you’re unsure please ask us directly.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, but we encourage you to take a night off if you can and hire a babysitter. We want everyone to have a good time. If you’re planning on bringing your kids please let us know so we can plan meals and activities with the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Casual wedding attire - We encourage everyone to dress to impress. Be mindful that the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors weather permitting.

Where should we stay?

Answer

We have room blocks available for our guests at the Best Western Hotel and Comfort Inn in Plattsburgh, NY for Friday, 5/29/20 and Saturday 5/30/19. To book please reference the Fleming/Osterhoudt Wedding.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, we will not be providing transportation. Please drive responsibly. Uber and Lyft are available in the area, but can be limited this time of year. The best taxi company is City Taxi: (518)561-7777.
