FAQs

Question

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We encourage all guests to wear formal attire. Formal dress code for women includes floor length gowns, tea-length, and midi dresses. For men this includes suits and tuxes (please no jeans). We encourage patterns and color!

Question

ARE THERE ANY COLORS I SHOULD AVOID FOR MY OUTFIT?

Answer

If possible, please avoid light blue! This will be the color of our bridal party. All other colors are on the table (but for obvious reasons, please do not wear white)!

Question

HOW DO I RSVP?

Answer

Please click the RSVP tab above and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as "attending" or "not attending".

Question

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by August 1st!

Question

WHAT IF I DON'T RSVP ON TIME?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by August 1st, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs.

Question

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate this on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

Question

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

Please arrive to St. Columba Church no later than 1:45 PM or you will sadly miss out on our ceremony.

Question

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

WILL THE WEDDING TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

The ceremony will take place indoors. The reception will take place outdoors but will be covered.

Question

WHERE SHOULD I STAY?

Answer

Please check out the travel tab at the top of this website for nearby lodging.

Question

CAN I TAKE PICTURES?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like!
