When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by 18 October 2026 so that we can give final numbers to our vendors with advance notice.

If the invite includes a the option for a plus-one, significant other, or spouse, then yes.

Kids are welcome if included on the invitation.

Yes, formal wedding attire. We can't wait to see you look your best!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We understand food allergies are no fun, so we are planning for a small vegan, gluten-free menu selection. Please reach out to the bride or groom if you have a food allergy.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We know the weather in November can be unpredictable in Florida! The ceremony will be held inside at Old Christ Church followed by cocktail hour and reception at Supposey. We are planning on an outdoor cocktail hour; however, inclement weather could move it indoors. The reception will take place indoors so everyone can celebrate in comfort!

Is there parking for the ceremony at Old Christ Church?

Answer

Yes, there are a few parking options: 1. Street Parking- paid parking on area streets (download Park Mobile App) 2. Parking Lot- free public parking lot at 600 S. Jefferson St., Pensacola, FL (located behind host hotel Holiday Inn Express). There will also be a shuttle trolley running every half hour from this parking lot as an option to walking, stopping 15 minutes before the ceremony time.

Is there parking for the reception at Supposey Warehouse and Garden?

Answer

Yes, there is parking; however, Supposey has room for around 140 cars within the 2 property lots, leased neighbor lots, and street parking. There is NO overnight parking allowed.
