What's going on with the wedding now that we're in a pandemic?

We've made the difficult decision to postpone for the safety of our guests. We'll now be celebrating May 29. 2021. All details remain the same other than the date!

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by April 25, 2021.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 6pm, but guests may arrive to the arboretum after 5pm. We highly recommend coming early and enjoying the beautiful gardens.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the arboretum! All guests (but particularly those who have enjoyed the open bar) are welcome to leave their cars at the arboretum overnight.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing the only transportation tool appropriate for two teachers - a school bus! The bus will transport guests from the hotel to the venue beginning at approximately 4:45pm until the ceremony begins at 6pm. At the end of the night, the bus will begin transporting guests back to the hotel around 9pm and will run until the end of the event at 11pm. The last run of the night at 11pm will make a pitstop at the AirBnb for guests interested in keeping the party going before continuing onto the hotel.
