If you're in town already, please join us for passed hors d'oeuvres and an open bar! Rossio Gastrobar is located on the rooftop of the Altis Avenida Hotel. Enter the hotel lobby and take the elevator to floor 7. *Please note that this time has changed, and the event now starts at 7:00pm, not 6:00 as previously stated.
