Newer to Northampton, the Fairfield Inn and Suites is where we anticipate most guests will be staying! Room blocks have been reserved for both Friday and Saturday nights. In order to book, guests are required to call the hotel directly at 413-587-9800 and ask for: Stengrevics & Lentini Wedding Block. **Shuttle Information** Buses will depart the Fairfield Inn & Suites at 3:15pm - Please be prompt to ensure you do not miss the shuttle. Return buses will depart from Valley View as follows: Guests who wish to leave our reception early can opt to take the 9:00pm bus, which will stop at both the Fairfield Inn & Suites and the Hotel Northampton. Guests who wish to stay until the end of our reception, can opt to take the 10:00pm bus, which will stop first at Packard's - our after party location, and then continue on to drop guests who do not wish to attend our after party, at both the Fairfield Inn & Suites and the Hotel Northampton. *Please note that guests who attend our after party will need to either coordinate a ride back to their hotel, or walk *(Hotel Northampton - 6 min walk) (Fairfield Inn & Suites - 14 min walk)*

Historic to downtown, the Hotel Northampton is charming and festive in the month of December. Please note that due to a private hotel event on Friday, room blocks have only been reserved for Saturday 12/14/24. Located next door to the Fairfield, the Quality Inn provides another option at a reasonable price point. Note that room blocks will not be reserved here. **If opting to stay at the Quality Inn, please note that your shuttle pickup & drop off location will be next door at the Fairfield Inn!**

Bradley International Airport (BDL) in Hartford, CT is the closest airport to Northampton, MA. Located about 45 minutes south of Northampton, it may be the easiest option for those flying in from out of town.
