Buses to Valley View for our wedding ceremony & reception will depart as follows: Hotel Northampton - 3:10pm Fairfield Inn & Suites - 3:15pm *Please be prompt to ensure you do not miss the shuttle* Return buses will depart from Valley View as follows: Guests who wish to leave our reception early can opt to take the 9:00pm bus, which will stop at both the Fairfield Inn & Suites and the Hotel Northampton. Guests who wish to stay until the end of our reception, can opt to take the 10:00pm bus, which will stop first at Packard's - our after party location, and then continue on to drop guests who do not wish to attend our after party, at both the Fairfield Inn & Suites and the Hotel Northampton. *Please note that guests who attend our after party will need to either coordinate a ride back to their hotel, or walk *(Hotel Northampton - 6 min walk) (Fairfield Inn & Suites - 14 min walk)*
While we love the littlest members of our family, our wedding day is an adults only affair. We kindly ask guests not to bring their children or additional guests to the wedding ceremony or reception. Those that are invited to the wedding have their names listed on the RSVP. Please only RSVP for those listed. When in doubt, reach out!
Valley View Farm IDs all individuals who appear to be under 30 years of age. Please be sure to bring your ID if you plan on partaking in celebratory cocktails!

Our ceremony is to be held in a secondary barn located on the property. Although heated, this space can be cooler, so we encourage guests to check the weather and wear warm coats to ensure they are comfortable! Additionally, outdoor fire pits will be going all night long, so make sure you're prepared, should you wish to cozy up by the fire during our reception!
Yes, there will be transportation provided to the venue. Shuttle pick up spots will be at Hotel North Hampton and Fairfield Inn. For guests staying at the Quality Inn, the Fairfield Inn is directly next door (2 min walk). Please walk over to the Fairfield Inn at the designated pickup time if you wish to use provided transportation. Transportation will also be provided for the way back after the wedding.
Yes, there is parking located at Valley View. If necessary, you can leave your car in the parking lot overnight and retrieve it in the morning by 11am.
Please arrive by 3:45 pm so that we can begin promptly at 4:00 pm.
