Can I bring a Plus One?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. We ask that only the people named in the invitation be in attendance. Thank you for understanding!

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

No, transportation will not be provided. Please keep the following information in mind when planning your day with us: - There is no public transport access to our Ceremony Location. We recommend carpooling to the venue. - There is minimal parking at our Reception in Downtown Squamish. We recommend carpooling, public transit, or taxis. *20-minute travel time between Ceremony location and Reception location Uber is available in Squamish! Available cars may be limited, as it is a small town, but it is still there for you as an option. What is the dress code?

Answer

We will kindly request that any shade of white, ivory, or champagne not be worn. The wedding will be semi-formal, so please dress comfortably (suits and gowns are not required!)

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We will kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during the ceremony as we would like everyone to be present with us in the moment. We have hired a professional photographer to capture the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like.

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside. Hopefully, the sun will be shining that day, so please prepare accordingly. If there is rain, the ceremony location does have an undercover option for us. There are bathrooms located at the ceremony and reception locations.

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, except for immediate family.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM. We ask that you arrive about 20 minutes before the ceremony to allow for parking and seating.

Is there anyone I can contact the day of if I have any questions?

Answer

Yes! We have a Day of Wedding Coordinator who will be helping us manage all the details on the day of the wedding. Please get in touch with Jessica at 778-384-8835 if you have any questions on the day. Krista and Jono will NOT have their phones with them during the wedding!!
