There is a small local airport- California Redwood Coast-Humboldt County Airport, also known as the Arcata Airport. Be sure to buy flights as soon as you can, as there is not many flights in/out. For our Southern and Eastern friends who want to explore the Western Coast, we recommend flying into the San Francisco Airport and driving up to Bayside. It is a 5 hour drive but it is a beautiful trip through wine country and redwood cliffs. There are rideshares available via Uber and Lyft. We recommend getting a rental car. There are many Turos available in the area that cost $100-300 for the weekend.
