Our Wedding Party

We’re incredibly grateful for the many people who have supported us along the way. Meet the family and friends who will be standing by our side on our wedding day.

Sarah Chokan

Matron of Honor

It’s crazy to think that Sarah and I have known each other for about 25 years — we met way back in kindergarten! While we went to the same school, it was rare that we actually crossed paths after elementary school during the school year, but that didn’t stop our friendship from growing. Through countless sleepovers, prank calls, softball seasons, Cleveland baseball games, and so many silly moments in between, I’ve been incredibly lucky to have her as a lifelong support system and wonderful friend. She is kind, smart, caring, and one of the funniest people I’ve ever met. I couldn’t imagine this day without her by my side.

John Fiocca

Best Man

Considering we are less than a year apart, John has been my best friend and brother since he was born. Growing up, John was my partner dressing up for Halloween, playing in the mud pit outside, and working on train sets. As we’ve gotten older, he’s been a tutor, chef, librarian, and now Best Man! John is the little brother I look up to, and I’m honored to have him as my Best Man.

Meagan Eishen

Maid of Honor

Meag and I met in a moment that can really only be described as a movie meet-cute — she found me crying on a rock during freshman orientation weekend at Kent State when I couldn’t find the building I was supposed to go to. Truly, I never thought I’d see her again, but we ran into each other once more while I auditioning for our college a cappella group, the Kent Clarks, and have been friends since. Over the years, she’s been a constant support and wonderful friend — she's so talented, always gives the best advice, is ready at the drop of a pin to have a heart to heart, and shows up with so much thoughtfulness. I’m so honored to have her standing by my side.

Mitch Puckett

Groomsman

Mitch and I met playing high school lacrosse at Walsh Jesuit and were college roommates for 4/4 years at Miami University. Since then, we’ve had many laughs in different cities across the country and screaming about the positive and negative Cleveland sports has to offer! Mitch is someone I can count on for advice, and I’m grateful to have him as a groomsman.

Mary Wilde

Bridesmaid

Mary and I met on our rec softball team back in third grade — and while it may not sound serious, it absolutely was. She was always ready to cheer in the dugout, which was something I loved about her from the start. We bonded over everything from being winter cheerleaders in high school to being Goooooooose fans. One thing I’ve always loved about Mary is that she’s always part of something rooted in happiness. She’s so much fun to be around, guaranteed to make your day better, and I couldn’t think of a better person to take my spot in Nashville. I’m so grateful to have her standing by my side.

Andrew Norris

Groomsman

I met Andrew at Miami University where we became fast friends. Since then I’ve tried to have fun losing to him in pool, golf, bowling, or racing down the ski slopes. Andrew is always quick to help a friend, or an Uber driver change a tire late at night, and I’m honored to have him as a groomsman.

Missy Troth

Bridesmaid

Missy and I also met on our rec softball team in third grade — Missy, Mary, Sarah, and I were all on a team we’ll lovingly always refer to as the Blue Pops. We bonded over music, but most notably became close when we both became obsessed with Sonny With a Chance — and obsessed might be an understatement. Missy is the most optimistic person you’ll ever meet and greets everyone with so much joy and love. She’s also one of the hardest-working people I know. I’m so lucky to have her standing by my side.

Andy Reed

Groomsman

Andy and I met in high school at Walsh Jesuit and we’ve been laughing together ever since. He’s been by side in the bleachers at minor league baseball games, in the car at Swensons, and now by my side at my wedding. Andy is the first call I make if I need a laugh and I’m honored to have him as a groomsman.

Nicole Fantozzi

Bridesmaid

Cousins are the best, and I truly hit the jackpot with Nicole. She has always been a constant in my life and my go-to person — from extended family gatherings to texting every single Sunday during the NFL season about how much we hate the Browns (or really most CLE sports, as we all know this is is a love/hate relationship). Nicole is the most determined person I know, beyond funny, smart, and caring, and I can always count on her no matter where we are or what we’re doing. I couldn’t be happier to have her standing by my side.

Marco Velotta

Groomsman

Marco is Sam’s big little brother, and I’m excited to call him a big little brother soon. When I think about Marco, I think about how much he cares about everyone in his life from family and friends to his student. He’s witty, kind, and funny and I’m happy to have him as a groomsman.

Kaylie Luedke

Bridesmaid

Kaylie and I started our first job in Denver on the very same day, and I couldn’t be more grateful for that happy accident that turned out to be fate. We quickly bonded and realized we live parallel lives, and now often refer to our texts as a stream of consciousness. She’s so much fun to be around, my favorite person to do girly things with, and Denver truly wouldn’t feel like home without her. I’m so honored to have her by my side and can’t wait to stand next to her just two months after Kris’s and my big day!

Elizabeth Fiocca

Bridesmaid

Elizabeth is Kris’s “little” sister, and I’m so excited and lucky to get to call her my sister too. Every time I see a disco ball, I think of her — not just because of her super cute apartment decor, but because she truly shines in any room she’s in. Elizabeth is kind, caring, smart, and funny, and carries a positive attitude anywhere she goes. I’m so honored to have her standing by my side.
