How We Met
December 2011
While attending the University of Michigan, we met at a holiday party hosted by the club soccer team. We each had a roommate on the men's and women's team respectively.
The Proposal
June 2019
While on a camping trip to Green Mountain Reservoir in the Silverthorne area, Kris suggested a morning hike in Breckenridge. Breckenridge is the first mountain town we ever visited together and has since been one of our favorite places to snowboard. We took the chair lift to the top of Peak 8 and walked to the observation deck which is hidden in the winter. As I turned around from taking pictures of the panoramic views, he was on one knee!
For all the days along the way
