A Note Regarding our Ceremony Location

Our wedding ceremony will take place at the Zion United Church of Christ which has served the Fishing Creek community since 1842. We chose to be married here as Bryce’s family from his father’s side have attended services in this church for several generations. His parents, Scott and Karen, were married here in 1979. It is a quaint, one-room church with a limited number of pews. We welcome you to witness our nuptials. If you plan to do so, please be aware the church is small. We ask that those younger and able to stand to allow the elderly and others in need a seat in the pews. Standing room is available in the back of the church and along the sides. Given the size of the church, anyone standing in the back will not have a problem seeing or hearing the ceremony. Thank you for your understanding.
