Ever since Kreggor had moved away from South Carolina in 2016, something was telling him to move back to start his career after college. He was coaching football in South Dakota when he received a call with a job offer to move back to his hometown to teach and coach football at his old high school. Kreggor moved back to South Carolina on May 15th, 2024, and was given a tour of the school by the Head Football Coach. They eventually made their way down to the Athletic Training Room and it was love at first sight.... Just kidding, we didn't speak a word to each other for the next three months because someone was told, "no dating in the workplace." That rule lasted all of 3 months because I decided to ride the Defensive bus on the way to a scrimmage for no reason at all *wink wink. I moved my student aids out of their seat, so the only open seat was "coincidentally" next to me for Kreggor to sit in. We ended up talking nonstop for the entire four-hour trip to and from our scrimmage. Somewhere in those four hours of conversation, something just clicked and we planned our first date for that same weekend. What started as a “coincidence” quickly turned into a realization that the something drawing Kreggor back was fate (his words 😉). The rest isn’t just history… it has become beginning of the story of US.
