While we love all of your little ones, our wedding and cruise celebration will include only the children specifically listed on invitations. Due to limited space and planning considerations, we are only able to accommodate a small number of children. If your child is included in our celebration, they will be named on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together!
Invitations are addressed to the specific guests invited. If a plus-one has been included for you, it will be indicated on your invitation.
To officially RSVP “yes,” guests must book their cruise and provide their reservation number. ✨ Please complete your booking and RSVP by May 31, 2026. After booking, please text your reservation number to Brittany or Brian at (856) 628-3108 so we can provide it to our Disney Wedding Planner and ensure you are included in all wedding events. We kindly encourage booking as early as possible to secure the best pricing and availability, as staterooms may fill quickly. Important Notes: • Your RSVP is only considered complete once your cruise is booked • Guests must provide a reservation number to be included in wedding events • Only invited guests who are booked on the cruise will be included For booking assistance, please refer to our Travel section to connect with our travel planner. We cannot wait to set sail and celebrate with you! 💙⚓ We completely understand that this is a big commitment, and we truly appreciate everyone making the effort to celebrate with us.
All guests traveling with us will book through our travel agent: Marilyn E. Sylvester Authorized Disney Vacation Planner Planning Service – No Fees 📧 medsylvester@verizon.net 📞 (609) 685-0074 Guests are encouraged to book their cruise through Marilyn so that reservations can be linked with our wedding group.
Once you’ve secured your stateroom and sent us your reservation number: • We will provide your reservation to our Disney Wedding Planner • You will be included in our official wedding guest list • You’ll receive updates and details about ceremony timing and onboard plans • You’ll be part of all wedding-related events during the cruise As we get closer to sailing, we’ll share more details to help you prepare for an amazing wedding celebration at sea!
We kindly ask that guests keep phones and cameras tucked away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present in the moment. Our professional photographer will capture the ceremony and we’ll be happy to share photos afterward.
Disney Cruise Line highly recommends that all guests obtain a valid passport for this sailing. Passports are essential for international travel and ensure the smoothest experience for boarding and returning to the United States. We strongly encourage everyone to apply as soon as possible.
Because this sailing is centered around our wedding events and group planning, we kindly ask that only guests who receive an invitation book this cruise with us. Thank you for understanding as we celebrate with a small group of our closest family and friends.
Not at all! While we are excited to celebrate together, guests are welcome to enjoy the cruise at their own pace. Disney Cruise Line offers so many activities, shows, and experiences, and we want everyone to enjoy the vacation however they’d like.
Our ceremony will take place during the cruise while we are at sea. The exact day and time will be shared with guests closer to the sailing date once our final schedule is confirmed.
Yes! Our travel agent will help you choose the stateroom category that works best for your family and budget. Disney Cruise Line offers a variety of room types, and she will assist you with booking and payment options.
Our wedding ceremony will be casual vacation attire. We want everyone to feel comfortable and relaxed while celebrating with us aboard the ship. Think light, comfortable, cruise-appropriate outfits — sundresses, polos, button-downs, or nice casual wear are all perfect! Please avoid swimwear or pool attire.
Instead of a traditional reception, we will continue celebrating throughout the cruise with our family and friends. We will gather together during our scheduled dinner that evening and enjoy the rest of the sailing together.
Your presence on this special trip means the world to us and is truly the greatest gift. However, for those who have asked, we have created a small registry where you can make a donation to our honeymoon fund listed on our website.
Disney Cruise Line hosts a themed Pirate Night with entertainment, costumes, and fireworks at sea. Guests are welcome (but not required) to join in the fun by wearing pirate-themed outfits!
Our wedding group will have Early Dinner Seating during the cruise, which is scheduled for approximately 5:45 PM each evening. Disney Cruise Line uses a rotational dining experience, meaning we will rotate between the ship’s restaurants together with the same serving team each night. Guests are welcome to enjoy the evening shows and activities after dinner.
To help everyone prepare for our cruise wedding, we’ve created a list of optional travel essentials and must-haves! This is not a gift registry — just a helpful guide of items you may want to bring to make your trip smoother and more enjoyable. Feel free to browse and grab anything that works for you! Lanyards = lifesaver (everyone needs one) https://a.co/d/0eBoO7p0 Magnetic hooks = MUST (people always forget these) https://a.co/d/0aXM7yqt Wrinkle spray > steamer (steamers are restricted) https://a.co/d/07rQjtBC 💡 Pro Tip: Even if you “don’t usually get motion sick,” bring these just in case — it’s way better to have them and not need them than be stuck feeling awful at sea 😅 https://a.co/d/0d6RDee3 💡 Pro Tip: Waterproof phone cases; Get one with a neck lanyard AND floating feature — if it drops in the ocean or pool, it won’t sink to the bottom https://a.co/d/07vDqH1D
