The country's oldest, continuously operated, public farmer's market! Open Year Round: FRIDAY 6 AM - 4 PM SATURDAY 6 AM - 2 PM
We randomly stumbled upon this place the day that we booked our wedding venue and picked our date! It was the perfect little spot to celebrate over some wine and cheese tasting. We were the only two in there (first week of October) so we got a lot of one-on-one attention and just found the place to be really cozy and cute. You feel like you are in the middle of nowhere even though it's only 25 minutes from Lancaster and just down the street from The Booking House. Their tasting is brought out in tubes so you can get a full "in the glass" experience without relying on being served every 2 minutes. Definitely grab a bottle before you leave to share back at your hotel room!
We stopped at this historic working microbrewery for lunch while exploring the area! Such a cute spot with pretty much every beer imaginable. The casual, industrial-like ambiance made for a fun experience!
Visit their Tasting Room and Bottle Shop for a chance to sample their small batch whiskeys, vodka and gin or experience a classic cocktail featuring their signature spirits.
Because who doesn't love BBQ & hand-crafted beers? Not to mention the sweet Speakeasy pub in the basement. Definitely a spot to check out!
Reservations are not needed to visit this tasting room and distillery. During regular hours, they do free samples of their spirits, pour whiskey by the glass, serve cocktails, and sell bottles. Tours are offered at no charge, and reservations are not needed to attend a tour. If you are unable to make it out for a tour you can still view most of the distillery production area from the tasting room and the bar tenders are happy to answer any questions you may have about their spirits or the process of how they are made!
