Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors (oceanfront), weather permitting. Please consider wearing appropriate shoes, as seating will be located on the grass. Blankets to be provided. Immediately following the ceremony, please join us indoors for cocktail hour and reception.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

We kindly encourage guests to arrive between 2:30 and 2:45PM.

Question

Is there complimentary transportation to and from the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Complimentary guest transportation will be provided to and from the wedding. Shuttle pickup is located outside the Hampton Inn and Suites Portsmouth Downtown (23 Portwalk Place, Portsmouth, NH 03801). Transportation will also be provided following the wedding, with drop-off at the Thirsty Moose for the wedding afterparty. Shuttle Schedule Pre-Ceremony: 1st pickup at 2:10PM 2nd pickup at 2:35PM (please meet outside the Hampton Inn Suites Downtown Portsmouth--23 Portwalk Place Portsmouth, NH) Shuttle Schedule Post-Reception: 1st pickup at 8:30PM 2nd pickup at 9:00PM (please meet outside of the venue entrance)

Is parking available for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, complimentary on-site parking is also available.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We respectfully request no children under 18 in attendance.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! We encourage any guest with a food intolerance or allergy to please note this on their online RSVP form. Gluten-free options will be available.
