Question

1. What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is Formal or Semi-Formal. We want you to look your best while being comfortable, so please note that the ceremony and reception will be outdoors, and the ground may be grassy. We recommend avoiding stilettos for ease of movement. Also, as the day may get cooler later, bringing a sweater or light jacket is a great idea to stay warm.

2. Are kids invited to the wedding?

Answer

We love kids and they are absolutely welcome at our wedding! However, if your child is not listed on the invitation, please reach out to us before the big day so we can make sure we have everything prepared for them.

3. What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2pm. Please plan to arrive at least 15-30 minutes early to ensure you're settled in before it begins.

4. Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at the beautiful Dee Bar Ranch. The address is 6402 SW Powell Butte Hwy, Powell Butte, OR 97753. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in this stunning setting!

5. Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, free parking is available at the venue. Please note that public transportation is not readily available.

6. What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

We’ll be serving a choice of Chicken, Tri-Tip, Salad, Rolls, and Scalloped Potatoes. Please note that we won’t be making special arrangements for dietary restrictions, so we kindly ask that you plan accordingly. We want everyone to enjoy the meal, and we appreciate your understanding!

We are thrilled to invite those who are listed on the invitation. If you would like to inquire about bringing a plus-one, please feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Absolutely! We’ve got a fun night of dancing and celebration planned. Get ready to hit the dance floor!

12. Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, as we’ve hired a professional photographer to capture all the special moments. However, if you do choose to take photos, please do not stand up or block the aisle, as our photographer will need a clear path for their shots. After the ceremony, we’ll have plenty of time for photos!

13. What happens if I can't make it to the wedding?

Answer

We’ll miss you, but we totally understand! If you can’t attend, please let us know by the RSVP deadline, 2/30/2026, and we’ll be sure to send you all the love and gratitude for thinking of us.
