Katie & Teddy

Wedding Party

Amy Andes

Maid of Honor

Katie was very content being an only child until Amy came home from the hospital. Growing up, Amy was a built in best friend. Always someone to play, laugh, and get in trouble with. They would ride their bikes around the neighborhood, choreograph dances to girl bands, and watch hours of Disney Channel. Although they haven't lived in the same time zone for 10 years, they still cherish the times they do get to see each other. There is no one Katie would rather have by her side than Amy.

Matt Kossick

Best Man

Brothers from the same mother! Teddy and Matty growing up together in the Kossick household was never boring. Between pool parties, sleepovers, video games, and organized sports/music (Hockey/Marching Band for Matt and Swimming/Baseball for Teddy) there was always something going on. Although Matty and Teddy haven't lived in the same state since 2014, it's always like no time has passed when they are at home together in Phoenix or on family trips. Given this will by the first time Matty is in a wedding party, it's fitting that it is to be best man at his brother's wedding!

Ellyn Korn

Bridesmaid

Katie met Ellyn her sophomore year at ASU. Ellyn and Katie realized they had a lot of shared interests including interior design. At the time, Ellyn was in the Interior Design program, and this had a huge impact on inspiring Katie to earn her Master's in the subject years later! Once they were both 21, they frequented Mill Avenue and occasionally Las Vegas and they always had a great time! Throughout their years of friendship, they have travelled long distances to visit, but each time is always more special than the last. The last visit to NYC involved Teddy planning with Ellyn on proposing. She and her fiance (Hi Corey!) hosted them in NYC and it was the absolute best weekend ever!

Avery Feyrer

Groomsman

If there is anyone that Teddy talks to as much as Katie everyday it would without a doubt be Avery. Their friendship really took off in high school when Teddy would pick him up for school most days and we would listen to the same 3 -4 songs every day on the way. Since then they've only become closer friends as time has gone on. Whether they're texting all day about sports, video games, movies or just random sh*t the conversation never ends. Teddy would like everyone to know that he's better than Avery at virtually every video game they've ever played together.

Allie Gravina

Bridesmaid

Katie's first best friend was her cousin Allie. Allie is approximately one week and 12 hours older than Katie and she will never let her forget it! Allie and Katie grew up together and loved planning for the future. They were convinced they would be college roommates and still have a list off all their dorm room necessities including bean bags and lava lamps. Allie has always been there for Katie and although they live in different parts of the country, they remain close.

Alex Rocha

Groomsman

Teddy and Alex really because close friends in high school after being on the baseball team together. Since then, they've been close friends who always manage to stay in touch even though Alex currently lives in Hawaii and Teddy lives in California. They've both visited each other in their current home towns which not too many of either of their friends have done. Considering they aren't able to travel right now they catch-up over video games regularly. Fun fact, Teddy has had Alex saved as "A Hop" in his phone since high school and at this point can't even remember why...

Kayla Jackson

Bridesmaid

Katie met Kayla their freshman year in their sorority ADPi. They became even closer the next year when they moved into the sorority house and spent tons of time together. Living in the sorority house was an adventure in an of itself but it was NEVER boring with Kayla. They loved going out to eat, playing Just Dance in the common area or just chatting late night on the patio. A few years later after they graduated, Kayla and Katie moved in to an apartment together. They loved talking about boys, the Bachelor, and life in general. Katie loves Kayla's kind-hearted, loyal, and hilarious personality and can't wait to have her by her side.

Drew Kearns

Groomsman

Teddy and Drew have been close (literally) their entire lives. After growing up two blocks away from each other, going to the same schools all the way through college (where they were roommates for all four years) and both moving to San Francisco after graduation, they are still great friends! Back in the day, you could have found them playing organized sport, playing video games or having pool parties and now they prefer the simple things in life like enjoying a good craft beer together.

Abby Dugan

Bridesmaid

Katie met Abby at the end of her sophomore year when she joined her sorority. Although Abby lived at another campus, they quickly became good friends. They both studied abroad at the same time and even met up when Katie was in Ireland for the weekend. They obviously had a drink at one of the most historic bars - Temple Bar. The following year they became roommates and the rest is history! They loved going out to eat, going to Sprinkles and going out to Mill Ave! A few years later Abby moved to Northern California and Katie shortly followed after Grad School. Now, they both live in San Francisco and Katie frequents Abby's office for free gourmet lunch :)

Avery Konieczny

Groomsman

Another one! Avery and Teddy have been friends since elementary school when they started playing Little League baseball together. Growing up, there were countless baseball games, trips, pool parties and hangouts they would hang out at. Since college, they continue to see each other regularly when Teddy comes back to Phoenix to visit family and friends and otherwise catch-up over video games in the meantime.

Brittany McGonagle

Bridesmaid

Katie was a suite mate of Brittany their sophomore year in the sorority house. They didn't know each other too well since they lived on different campuses their freshman year, but they quickly became fast friends. Katie and Brittany were often home the most of their 4- person suite so they often hung out together on the patio, in the common area, and loved going to the Barrett Dining hall for meals (the fanciest and BEST dining hall on campus). They both were Devils' Advocates campus tour guides on their respective campuses which they also bonded over. Katie loves Brittany's kind heart and willingness to try anything! Katie can't wait to have Brittany by her side.

Tyler Richards

Groomsman

Once again, Teddy and Tyler initially became friends through playing on baseball teams together for many years. Being another virtual lifelong friend, their relationship has only gotten stronger as time has gone on. Now whenever they are able to be together, you can bet they'll be catching up over a few beers, watching sports or playing some video games. Tyler is one of those friends who you always know has your back and Teddy can't wait to have him there for the big day.

Jamie Killin

Bridesmaid

Jamie was Katie's other suite mate from the sorority house. Jamie and Katie became close sophomore year living together and really getting to know each other. They didn't see much of each other their freshman year because they lived on different campuses. Jamie is one of the kindest, most generous, and extremely intelligent girls that Katie knows. Jamie is incredibly driven and that is something that Katie has always admired about her. She's always on the pulse of everything and appreciates the finer things in life like Katie. Katie loves visiting Jamie when she's in town and can't wait until she stands by her side.

Sean McElroy

Groomsman

Deja Vu! Another baseball friend! Once again, Teddy and Sean are virtually lifelong friends who became close during high school and never looked back from there. Although they don't see each other in person much these days with Sean living in Michigan and Teddy in California, they always pick up right where they left off each time they are lucky enough to hang out.
