FAQs

If you have other questions, please feel free to message Kou (414-617-8456) or Jason (414-722-3197) via text in regards to your questions. (Don't forget to let them know who you are if they don't already have your phone numbers)
Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Although we love kids, we want Kou and Jason to be able to celebrate this next step big step in their lives without all the screaming and crying in the background (with the exception of a few nieces/nephews).

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “guest”, then yes! If not, then Kou and Jason would prefer just you as they want to celebrate this intimate ceremony with just their closest family and friends.

Question

When should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30pm. Please make sure you arrive to the designated area around 3pm

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

Amazon Please refer back to the registry page.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Sure! We understand and appreciate that you would like to take pictures to remember Kou and Jason's special day however their only 2 requests is that you 1.)Share your photos by hashtagging each photo with with their wedding hashtag #FinallytheSanouvongs 2.)Please be as discreet as you can. Be courteous of the photographer. Try to refrain from stepping in front of the photographer. We would like to request the guests not to interrupt the ceremony or have their phones out while the photographer is taking pictures.

Question

Do I have to RSVP?

Answer

Yes. RSVPs are preferred if you know you will be coming as it is much easier to plan knowing if you will be able to make it or not.

Question

Am I required to wear a mask?

Answer

Yes and no. Kou and Jason are leaving the choice up to the guests to decide. We are all adults and can decide for ourselves whether or not you should wear one. If you are feeling sick however, please refrain from getting other friends and family sick. Kou and Jason would understand if you couldn’t make it to their big day.

Question

Are there any vegetarian or gluten free food options?

Answer

Yes there is. Food will be served family style (food brought directly to your table) When you RSVP, there should be an option to answer to let Kou and Jason know whether you have any dietary restrictions and they can accommodate accordingly.
