This is the closest Orthodox Church to our Hotel Blocks, and a great place to go for Saturday Vespers or Divine Liturgy! (It's also where we're having our reception!)

Castles N' Coasters
Katherine, along with her cousins, Stephanie & Nicole, spent many a summer days at this vintage-style mini-golf, arcade, & amusement park. Katherine loves it!
Dreamy Draw Recreation Area
Beautiful spot with Ramadas and trail heads for picnics & hikes. Stop at Sprouts - right across the way - to stock up for your early morning jaunt!
Encanto Park
A lovely, lush park in the middle of the city. The park also features a little amusement park!
Papago Park
Lovely hiking/picnic area near Phoenix Botanical Gardens & the Zoo.
Ranch House Grille
Awesome old-school diner with great prices. Katherine's favorite breakfast spot.
Luci's at the Orchard
The cutest coffee shop/bar/contemporary American food place in Phoenix. Great indoor & outdoor seating.
Arizona American Italian Club
Old-school club with trivia, bingo, music & more. Great bar with excellent old-school Italian food.
Desert Botanical Garden
Lovely, calm botanical gardens with a fabulous restaurant at entrance.
Payson
If you have time for sight-seeing, Katherine loves the hiking of this cute little town about an hour & a half from Phoenix. Some of her favorite trails are the Waterwheel Falls & Horton Creek Trail. While you're out there, stop by Strawberry & Pine, and visit Tonto Natural Bridge State Park!
Slide Rock State Park
If you make have time for voyaging out to Sedona, don't miss Slide Rock Park! This was one of Katherine's favorite childhood vacation spots!
