How & when should I RSVP?

To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by 5/31/26 so we can plan accordingly!

When is the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an intimate ceremony earlier in the day. If you received a reception invitation, come ready to celebrate — that's where the party is!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. However, the wedding will be in the mountains so bring layers and rain gear. The terrain is somewhat uneven so please wear appropriate footwear!

The reception will start at 6pm, feel free to arrive a bit before then!

The address is 7 North Crandall Park Ln, Cody WY 82414. We’ll post signs along the road to help direct you.

Parking & Transportation

Answer

Our venue is about an hour drive from Cody on a very curvy road. If you plan on drinking please plan on camping on site, at the Crandall campground which is 2 minutes away, or having a DD. The parking area is a bit small, so vehicles will have to pack in tight. If we get short on space we will have people park at the Crandall campground and shuttle them to the venue.

We will have a cash bar available for guests to purchase their preferred drinks.

What should I bring?

Our outdoor celebration is in a fairly remote location with no cell service, so we recommend coming prepared for anything! Here's what to bring: - Layers of clothing for changing temperatures - Cozy blankets for chilly evening moments - Comfortable shoes suitable for uneven terrain - Entertainment for children (though we'll have activities too) - Bug spray, just in case - Sun protection to enjoy our outdoor setting

Rain or shine, our celebration will be magical! Mountain weather can be unpredictable, so we recommend bringing umbrellas or rain jackets to ensure your comfort throughout the evening.

Cell service will be limited at our wedding venue. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend planning ahead and addressing any potential questions or concerns before the big day. Our goal is for you to fully enjoy the celebration without worrying about communication challenges.
