WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP BY?

Please let us know whether or not you plan to come by May 24th. You can do so by clicking on the "RSVP" tab above.

ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION AT THE SAME LOCATION?

Yes!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

Please arrive between 4:30 and 4:45 pm so that we have enough time to get everyone seated prior to the ceremony. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 pm, so don't be late!

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED TO/FROM THE VENUE?

Answer

Yes! Ubers are pretty nonexistent in this area, so that will not be an option. There will be two departure times from the front entrance of Mainstay Suites - 4:00 and 4:30. If you are staying in a cabin, you can either take the shuttle from the hotel or carpool to the venue. Guests are welcome to leave their car in the venue lot overnight and pick it up in the morning. There will also be a shuttle available after the ceremony that will take guests back to the hotel.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Answer

Just your typical summer wedding attire. There will be a short, grassy walk from the ceremony to the reception, so you may want to rethink those stilettos!

CAN I TAKE MY OWN PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We invite you to be truly present with us during our unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that phones and cameras remain out of sight until the ceremony has concluded. During cocktail hour and the reception, you are welcome to take and post all the photos you like!

WILL THERE BY ANY VEGAN/VEGETARIAN/GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS?

Answer

Yes! Please be sure to fill in any dietary restrictions with your RSVP.
