Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love all of our family and friend's little ones but we ask that you please leave them home for this event. We want everyone to relax and enjoy the night!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! If you stay at the Hotel Viking there will be trolley transportation to and from the venue. The trolley will be leaving the hotel at 4:30 to head to the venue!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that you arrive to the venue no later than 4:45 to allow adequate time for everyone to be seated for the ceremony. If you are staying at the Hotel Viking the trolley will be leaving at 4:30 to head over to the venue!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is parking located at the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, semi-formal/cocktail attire.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes- we recommend staying at the Hotel Viking in downtown Newport. We have a room block there and will also have transportation to and from the venue from this hotel.
