What neighborhoods near the venue do you recommend us staying in if we prefer to do an Airbnb/VRBO?

Answer

Long Island City is highly recommended because you get beautiful views of Mid-Town Manhattan at a local park overlooking the East River, and easy access to other areas in Queens, Manhattan, and Brooklyn. Other nearby recommended neighborhoods: - Astoria, Queens -Williamsburg, Brooklyn (near the water) -Greenpoint, Brooklyn

How to get to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The church and reception are just a 15-20 minute drive away and can be easily reached by Uber, Lyft, or taxi. We recommend carpooling or sharing rides with other guests. Car rentals are also available, but please note that street parking may be limited.
