Parking Opens & Shuttles to Venue Begin

Parking will be organized at an off site location near the venue. Please feel free to bring your coolers with you! Shuttles will be swift in getting everyone to the venue.
Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Cocktail Hour & Newlywed Photos
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
There will be a few light appetizers for guests to enjoy while the Bride & Groom take photos.
Reception
6:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Guests will make their way into their seats to welcome the newlyweds for their grand entrance and first dance
Dinner
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
A buffet style dinner will be served, be sure to bring your appetite! We hope you love BBQ as much as we do
Lets Party!
8:00 pm - 11:00 pm
If there's anything our friends and family know how to do right, it's party. Don't forget your dancin' shoes y'all!
Shuttles Leaving Venue to Parking Lot End
8:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Shuttles will be ready to bring guests back to their vehicles after the wedding. Keep in mind, overnight parking is perfectly fine! We'd rather our friends and family be safe than drink and drive. Your vehicle will be safe and sound in our parking lot if you decide to carpool or Uber. You can come pick your car up at any time the following day.
