When you type your name into the RSVP section of the website, there will be check boxes for which members of your party are invited to events. If the RSVP only says your name, then we did not accommodate for an extra guest.
Cocktail, please! Sundresses, slacks, or anything along those lines. We want you to be comfortable so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, then by all means make yourself comfy!
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
There is a very large parking lot at the Kent Hance Chapel and the Watson Building, so pile in your friends and family and there will be parking available for your car! The two buildings are also a very short drive from each other.
Lubbock in July is HOT HOT HOT! So wear cooler clothes, however, all events for the night will be indoors.
After the ceremony, the family will be taking pictures nearby for about an hour. Guests can travel to the Watson Building where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.
We recommend that you arrive half an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!
We do not have a hotel block for guests but our travel tab has our favorite lodging recommendations!
The RSVP deadline is June 18th! You can scan the QR code on your invitation which will take you straight to the RSVP link or you can click on our RSVP tab on this website.
We have items from a few different places because we couldn't pick just one! All of our registry items can be found under our "Registry" tab.
For the ceremony, we have hired a wonderful photographer to capture every special moment (which we will be happy to share the photos) so we ask that you keep your phone away during the ceremony. However during the reception, please take any photos you wish and when you post, tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #lovinthelittlefields so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
The ceremony starts at 5:00 followed by cocktail hour at 5:45 and dinner and dancing starting around 6:45.
