Rob and Kondi met their Junior year of high school through a leadership program. Then, a year later after they had graduated, Kondi was a nanny for a family. Out of luck, she had to pick up one of the kids early from robotics camp where Rob was leading the class. The two instantly felt a connection and began to get to know each other after that day. Rob and Kondi went to Foundation Camp (a church camp for college freshman) where the sparks truly took off and the two got to know all about the other and where they thought "this could truly be something." They began dating at the beginning of their freshman year of college and the rest is history!

For many months, Rob had been planning the most perfect engagement and was set on keeping it a surprise from Kondi. And boy was it! It was such a surprise that Kondi had woken up from a nap 20 minutes before the proposal. Rob had Kondi's grandmother call and ask to have dinner one night. On that night, Rob and Kondi drove to her grandmother's house to "eat dinner", but when they walked through the back gate, Rob surprised Kondi with a gorgeous scene, and all of the couple's family. It was a beautiful and special night!

We could not be more grateful to have the village around us that the Lord has blessed us with. And that is all thanks to you! Each of you has played a crucial part in supporting us both individually and together. Whether you have been there as we grew up or just recently joined the fun, we are so thankful for each and every one of you! We cannot wait to celebrate such a special event with our favorite people and we hope you are just as excited as we are!
