Question

What is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

!! YOU MUST RSVP BEFORE DECEMBER 1ST 2023 !! Please, [and I cannot stress this enough] let us know if you can't make it! We hope every one of you can be with us, but it will help very much if you let us know either way :)

Question

Should I dress for winter weather?

Answer

While we are hoping for a magical snowy day, the entire event will be in-doors (and heated)! There will be a spot to hang up any winter coats once you get inside the venue. Reminder- this is a fancy wedding, so dress up!

Question

Do I need to select a meal option when I RSVP?

Answer

We only need meal selections for CHILDREN between the ages of 3-12 years old. If you are an Adult please select [Over 12 Years Old]. If you are bringing an infant or toddler that is under 3, please select [Under 3 Years Old]. If you have any allergies, please let us know by listing the name of the individual in your group followed by any allergies

Question

So what dates should I plan to be around for?

Answer

If you're having trouble sifting through all of the minor details, our suggested guest timeline is as follows: Thursday 9/15 - Arrive in Estes Park Friday 9/16 - Wedding Day! Saturday 9/17 - Relax, explore Estes Park Sunday 9/18 - Ski day @ Eldora!! Monday 9/20 - Depart :(

Question

Should I bring my kids?

Answer

While both Austin and Natalia have many special kiddos in their life that they would love to celebrate with, no one knows your kids better than you! The simple answer is, yes: children are allowed. But, please consider the patience/limitations of your little one's when making arrangements for the wedding day. Some considerations that might help: due to the winter, mountain climate, the day will be entirely inside (i.e. limited outdoor space for running around)

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Fun fact- both Austin and Natalia come from massive 9-person families! Unfortunately, we are operating under extreme capacity limitations. Therefore, we generally cannot accommodate plus ones. Unless a significant other is explicitly listed on the invitation/RSVP form, please feel free to reach out to Natalia to clarify or request a plus one :)

Question

What is a "Shredding Ceremony?"

Answer

The ski version of a "wedding" ceremony = "Shredding" Ceremony (get it??) ...but if you ask Austin he has a different answer. Either way, this will be an incredible ski day followed by a mid day BBQ party in the parking lot. Check out a more detailed explanation on the "Event Details" page!

Question

What if my question isn't answered here?

Answer

Please don't hesitate to contact Natalia or Austin (definitely contact Natalia if you want a response) about any & everything wedding related! We are SO grateful for all of our people & can't wait to celebrate with all of you so hit us up for any questions/concerns! The best way to reach us is via text: (951) 595-2740

Question

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

This is a formal evening so please dress for the occasion. This is your opportunity to dress UP! Men: Please wear suits or tuxedos. If you prefer, a dress shirt paired with dress pants is also appropriate. Women: Elegant gowns or long dresses are encouraged. If you prefer something shorter, please opt for a formal cocktail dress (no sun dresses).
