Getting to Ceremony/ Reception

We do not have valet services set up at The Reserve. If you choose to drive please park on the street. The Reserve is in a residential area and all street parking is free. Also an easy option is to take Uber/Lyft to the venue.

House Or Rental

Airbnb

There are plenty of Airbnbs in the Nashville area if that is something you prefer. The Nations, Sylvan Park, and Midtown/Vanderbilt are all good neighborhoods that are close to the venue.

Hotel

Holiday Inn-Vanderbilt

We have a room block set up at the Holiday Inn-Vanderbilt. You can call booking at 615-327-4707 and mention you are calling for the Kolacinski-White wedding. You can also book online using the code KWR. The cut off date to book is August 13th. Of course feel free to stay wherever you like. Some other close neighborhoods are Sylvan Park, Midtown, Music Row, and The Nations. Please be aware that many hotels in Nashville have a parking fee per night. If you plan on having a car please consider this when booking hotels!
