A really fun place to go with multiple retail spaces all in one building such as boutiques, winery, distillery, bars, restaurants, and comedy show.
If you have never been to Nashville you need to go to Broadway at least once. It is in the downtown and is one long street filled with restaurants and bars and live music in every establishment.
This is one of our favorite parts of the city that is a little more offbeat. We love the quirkiness of the area and enjoy many of the restaurants (especially the vegan ones for Lauren! The Behive, Wild Cow, and Graze are amazing). The 5 Points area is very popular with many restaurants and bars to explore. Red Door Saloon East was the first stop we took when we first visited Nashville together. (The same trip we started to think about moving here).
Again, if you have never been to Nashville you will want to check this place out. It is a HUGE hotel with many restaurants and things to see. Also, the Opry Mills Mall is right next to it and has many outlet stores. They also have a tasting room for Amber Falls Winery if you enjoy wine. There is also an amazing place called The Catio right in the area. You can donate $10 and spend a few hours playing with adoptable cats. Heaven on Earth!
This town is about a half hour south of Nashville. They have a cute downtown with shops and restaurants to explore. If you like spices they have a really cool shop called Savory Spice that has every spice imaginable. The Frothy Monkey is a really cute cafe in town with good food.
Midtown is another area that we enjoy walking around. They have many restaurants and bars in the area most of which have live music. Vanderbilt is right there and it is always fun to walk around the beautiful campus. Also, San Antonio Taco Co. is amazing and should definitely be a stop if in the area.
If you have some time and love wine; go here. It is about 40 minutes from Nashville but is worth the drive. You can do a wine tasting or buy a bottle and sit out on their lawn that over looks the rolling Tennessee hills.
