Welcome Party

Dress Code: Dressy casual / cocktail-inspired.

The Welcome Party will begin at 7:30 p.m. and feature light bites, cocktails, and live music. We would love for you to stop by and celebrate with us! Please note that the gathering will be outdoors, so we recommend bringing layers to stay comfortable depending on the weather. We can’t wait to raise a glass together 🍸✨

Wedding

Black-Tie Optional

The big day! Our wedding ceremony will take place at Rumbling Bald at 4:30 PM. Late October is one of the most beautiful times of year in the area, with crisp air, stunning fall foliage, and (fingers crossed) perfect weather — we can’t imagine a better backdrop to say “I do.” Getting There Our wedding ceremony and reception will both take place at Rumbling Bald Resort in Lake Lure, North Carolina. Guests are welcome to drive themselves to the venue, and parking will be available on site. For those who prefer not to drive, we will also be offering a van transportation service to bring guests to and from the wedding. This option is especially great if you plan to relax and fully enjoy the evening with us. We’ll be sharing more details soon regarding transportation schedules and pickup locations, so stay tuned!

Continuation of Celebrations

Because one day just isn’t enough, we hope you’ll stick around for a casual continuation of the celebrations on Saturday. We’ll be gathering at the bride’s parents’ lake house, just a couple of miles from Rumbling Bald Resort, to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the gorgeous fall scenery together. We can’t wait to celebrate all weekend long with you and are so grateful you’re making the trip to be part of such a special time in our lives 🍂✨
