We booked three hotel blocks for the weekend — two in the Plaza and one by the Power & Light District. They’re all about 25 minutes from the venue, so you can choose what works best for you. Shuttles will take everyone back to the hotels after the reception (details coming soon). And if none of the blocks fit your vibe, feel free to stay wherever you like!

Flying in? The nearest airport is Kansas City International Airport (MCI). From there, it’s about 20–25 minutes to downtown KC and 30 minutes to the Plaza. Rideshares, taxis, and rental cars are all easy to find at the brand new airport. We can’t wait to welcome you to KC and celebrate together in this amazing city!
