The celebration begins with our ceremony at 4:30 PM, followed by cocktail hour from 5:00–6:00 PM. Dinner will be served around 6:15 PM, and then it’s an evening of dancing, laughter, and toasts until 10:00 PM!
To catch all the excitement, arrive by 4:00 PM. Plenty of time to park, mingle, and get comfy before the ceremony begins!
Both! Ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors (weather permitting), and reception and dinner are indoors — all at the same beautiful venue.
Cocktail attire. Elegant and European-inspired — summer tones, whether soft or vibrant, are encouraged :)
We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. We love all your little ones, however our celebration is adult-only with the exception of those in the wedding party and immediate family. Thank you for understanding!
Complimentary shuttle service will be provided for guests staying at the hotel blocks. A shuttle will depart from the Hilton Kansas City Country Club Plaza and continue to The Fontaine at 3:30 PM, transporting guests to the venue. Return shuttles will be available from the venue: -Two buses will depart at 9:30 PM -These buses will make a return trip and depart again at 10:30 PM -One shuttle will return to the Hilton and The Fontaine, while the other will go to the AC Hotel Kansas City Downtown. Please note that the venue closes at 10:00 PM. Guests are encouraged to plan accordingly- whether taking the earlier shuttle, waiting for the 10:30 PM return, or arranging a rideshare.
Yes! Parking is available on-site and you’re welcome to leave your car overnight. Just make sure it’s picked up between 9 AM and 1 PM per venue policy.
We will be having an "unplugged" ceremony and kindly ask that our guests refrain from taking pictures or videos during the ceremony. We have hired incredibly talented photographers and videographers to capture our day. That said, we encourage you to take as many photos and videos as your heart desires after the ceremony!

No coat check, so please keep your coats and bags with you or leave them on your chair during the celebration.

We won’t be having a brunch the next day, but we’ll be heading to the Kansas City Royals vs. Toronto Blue Jays game at 6:30PM and anyone is welcome to join us! As for the after-party, we’re planning to continue the celebration at a bar (TBD) — details will be shared closer to the date, so stay tuned!
