Is there a dress code?

Answer

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4 PM. The venue will open to guests at 3:30 PM, please plan to arrive at the venue by 3:45 PM. Guests arriving after 3:55 PM will be asked to wait until the conclusion of the ceremony before entering the venue.

Is there a timeline for the evening?

Answer

Yes! Please plan for the following: 4:00 PM: Ceremony 4:30 PM: Cocktail hour & passed hors d'oeuvres 6:00 PM: Dinner 8:00 PM: Open dancing 11:30 PM: Last call

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking structure across the street from the venue as well as street parking. Stillwater is very busy during wedding season, please plan additional time to allow for parking.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony & reception will take place indoors.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! Although our venue is on the second floor, there is an elevator located at the entrance of the building.

Is transportation provided from the hotel to venue?

Answer

No, we do not have a shuttle booked due to the variety of accommodations available. If there are a majority located in one hotel, we will re-evaluate. Please note, Uber & Lyft are not consistently available in this area.

Are children invited?

Answer

Though we’d love to see your children, we have decided to have an adults-only wedding. We hope that with this notice, you will be able to make arrangements and attend our wedding. Thank you for understanding!
