What you need to know as a guest...

As a guest, we ask that you please follow the minimum standards requested of you by the state of Texas. Practice social distancing, proper sanitation, minimizing your contact with infected individuals, and quarantining when sick, so that we can safely have and enjoy our special day. We want to protect you, our elderly, and those with underlying health conditions! We kindly ask that you do not come the day of if you have been in contact with someone who may be sick or if you have had any COVID symptoms. We highly recommend socially isolating yourself for 14 days, receiving a rapid COVID test, and monitoring your temperature prior to coming to our event. Feel free to bring your mask and hand sanitizer with you. If you are on the fence about coming or feel like you shouldn't risk joining us physically, please RSVP that you will toast from afar. We understand and are offering a live stream of the ceremony! Any updates to RSVPs need to be completed at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

What we will be doing...

We are working closely with our venue, vendors, and caterers to ensure we are all doing the best we can to keep our guests safe. Our venue will only be hosting at half capacity and we have already reduced our guest list to meet that requirement. Weather permitting, our ceremony will take place outside and we will have space during the reception to socialize outdoors. We will also try and have the reception doors open to increase airflow inside. Ceremony seating and rehearsal tables will be distanced 6+ feet and no more than 8 guests will sit at our large tables at a time. There are more seats than guests to ensure room. We will have a separate VIP table set up for our most vulnerable and social distancing guests. If you are interested in sitting at that table, let us know. Masks are encouraged and will be available at the event, as well as hand sanitizer. Social distancing will be encouraged throughout the event. We are happy to answer any additional questions you may have.

Follow state guidelines regarding COVID and social events...

We will be closely monitoring mandates and policy changes that are happening at the local and state level. Currently, weddings are allowed to continue at a reduced capacity and by following social distancing guidelines.
