Planning

All rooms must be booked directly through the booking link below to be accounted for as an attendee for the wedding. The resort has strict policies that require our headcount to match the numbers within our room count. Any guest staying offsite or outside our group block is subject to resort fees up to $250/person daily to attend wedding activities. Although the booking link only allows you to book between October 17th - October 20th, we have negotiated our rate to be available for additional nights. Please contact travelplanning@flightclubvip.com if you'd like to add additional days to your trip. Deposits due are $50/person to secure your space. You are welcome to make a partial payment or payment in full at any time by emailing travelplanning@flightclubvip.com for a payment link to be sent to your email address on file. Room payments must be paid in full by September 1st, 2024. Cancellation Policy: Rooms canceled five days or more prior to the Check In date is fully refundable. Cancellation within four days prior to Check In, has a one-night payment penalty which will not be refunded. Subject to the foregoing, in the event of a No Show by any guest without informing the resort or our travel planner Flight Club VIP, the payment made will not be refunded and the full amount will apply as a cancellation charge. Early departures are non-refundable and will be charged for the entire stay of a confirmed reservation if a guest leaves the resort prior to the date of Check-Out, any payment already made by the guest will not be reimbursed.
