When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We highly encourage guests to RSVP as soon as possible, but please be sure to RSVP by August 1st at the latest.

Are we required to book our room through the link in the accommodations section?

Answer

Yes. The wedding department will utilize the reservation list from our contracted room block to confirm the numbers for our events. Guests booked outside of our block whether staying onsite or at a different resort is subject to fees up to $250/person per day to participate in the planned events.

Are payment plans available?

Answer

Most definitely! We ask that guests put down a $100/per room deposit once they are ready to formally book their room. The final payment isn't due until August 21st, so guests will be able to make payments as frequently as they'd like towards their reservation by requesting a payment link from travelplanning@flightclubvip.com

Is transportation included?

Answer

Transportation is included for those staying 4 nights or more at the resort. Flight Club VIP can assist with booking transportation for any travelers staying less than four nights. travelplanning@flightclubvip.com

You should fly into Cancun International Airport which is Airport Code CUN.

Can I really eat and drink as much as I'd like for no additional cost?

Answer

You sure can! Feel free to enjoy as many items off of the menus as you'd like and order as many drinks as you can responsibly handle. It's all included even room service which is available 24/7.

Can I bring a date/guest?

We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest family and friends! With that being said, we wish to keep this celebration as intimate as possible. We will only accommodate the individual(s) formally listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Are children allowed?

We love all of your children, but have decided to make this celebration an adults-only occasion at an adults-only resort. Thank you for understanding!

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

For our wedding ceremony, we are asking that you dress "beach semi-formal". That means- sundresses, rompers, or jumpsuits for the ladies. Khakis, linen pants, and button-down shirts for the men. We kindly ask no shorts of any kind be worn for our ceremony on the beach. We are requesting you dress according to our color scheme for the wedding, which you can find an image of above.

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride: white, ivories, and creams.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony, meaning no phones or cameras! The best gift you can give us is to be present as we say our vows. We have hired professionals to capture this special moment for us, so please allow them to do their best work. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
