What will the weather be like?
Answer
Welcome to Texas, all of you out-of-towners! The weather here can be unpredictable. In June you can expect temperatures ranging from 70 to mid 90's. The ceremony will take place outside under oak trees. The cocktail hour will take place under a pavilion and the reception will be indoors. In the case of inclement weather, all events will be moved indoors.

What should I wear?
Answer
Summer semi-formal attire. We will be outside for part of the evening, so make sure you dress comfortably for that. Consider wearing shoes that can accommodate gravel and paved area outside.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
Answer
We hired a photographer, so we ask that you leave that up to them during the ceremony! Feel free to take pictures of memories throughout the rest of the evening and share using the hashtag #leareyesfullhearts

What is the best mode of transportation to and from the venue?
Answer
We are providing a bus to transport guests to and from the hotel to our venue. The venue is in a rural area about 30 minutes from the hotel. Please indicate on your RSVP card in your invitation if you are planning on utilizing the bus. The bus will leave the hotel promptly at 4:45 The bus will leave the venue promptly at 11:30 Ubers are easy to get to the venue, but finding one back to the hotel may be challenging. If you choose to drive on your own, parking is available at the venue.

Do I need to rent a car for the weekend?
Answer
Up to you! We selected the hotel location and provided transportation to and from the venue so guests did not feel the need to rent a car. As you will see on the Things to Do page, the area around the hotel is walkable to many attractions. Other fun neighborhoods and areas are a quick Uber away!
