Wedding Party

Danielle Oliver

Matron of Honor

Danielle is the bride’s sister and built-in best friend for life. She’s incredibly organized, loves Italian food, scuba diving, volleyball, and spending time at the lake. She’s also a big cat lover and has lived all over—from California to Chicago—but is now happily back in Michigan. The bride had the honor of being Danielle’s maid of honor, and now Danielle is returning the favor. Watching her be an amazing mom while still being there for everyone else is just one of the many reasons she’s so loved.

Jack Oliver

Groomsman

Lindsay Miceli

Officiant

Lindsay is the bride’s sister-in-law, but more importantly, she feels like a true sister. She was first asked to be a bridesmaid—but when it came time to choose someone to officiate, the choice was easy. Lindsay has officiated weddings before, and there’s no one else the couple could imagine leading such an important moment. She’s the one who sparked the bride’s love for teaching and is always there with a listening ear, thoughtful advice, and a great sense of humor. Lindsay is a high school English teacher, a boy mom, and a cat mom to three curious kitties. She loves being outdoors and brings warmth, insight, and laughter wherever she goes. The bride is so thankful Lindsay married her brother—and now has the honor of standing by her side and officiating her wedding.

Best Man

Megan Schulte

Bridesmaid

Megan and the bride have been best friends since second grade, when they met at St. Pat’s and instantly clicked. Over the years, they’ve shared countless memories—from family trips to the Silver Lake Sand Dunes to cozy up north getaways. She’s not just a lifelong friend—she’s family. Megan is a talented nurse, a devoted dog mom to Nutmeg, and a proud plant parent to over 100 thriving green babies. She’s also incredibly creative and crafty, with passions that have always perfectly mirrored the bride’s. Through every phase of life, Megan has been there, and having her by the bride’s side on this day means the world.

Rachel Dawson

Bridesmaid

The bride and Rachel have shared so many special moments over the years—from swimming in Rachel’s pool and catching salamanders to endless afternoons spent playing in Funky Monkey Town, an imaginary world tucked away in the woods behind Rachel’s house. She would always give the bride the best bear hugs—so strong they’d sometimes knock her to the ground—making her feel completely at home. They made lasting memories camping and exploring together as Girl Scouts, learning teamwork and adventure side by side. Rachel’s talent as an artist has been a beautiful thread through their friendship, inspiring creativity and imagination at every turn. Through all of life’s ups and downs, Rachel has been a steady, caring presence, and the bride feels incredibly lucky to have her by her side on this special day.

Haley Dalian

Bridesmaid

The bride met Haley in middle school at their sisters’ high school swim meets, where hallway volleyball games quickly became a fun tradition. They played volleyball together through high school and bonded over a shared love of board games, hot tubs, and quirky, offbeat comedy that’s led to countless hilarious memories. They’ve also shared special trips up north, creating even more unforgettable moments together. Haley even came into the bride’s classroom last year to teach her students about protecting our water and the Great Lakes—a perfect example of her passion and care. Haley enjoys doing improv comedy, exploring wildlife, and reading nonfiction. The bride is grateful for the laughter and adventures they’ve shared—and looks forward to many more.

Claire Baumgarten

Bridesmaid

The bride and Claire have been friends since they were little, with their families close for years—and their brothers are friends too, making their bond even stronger. Their friendship is filled with countless memories—from swimming together on the high school team, attending concerts, and starring in school musicals, to Girl Scouts adventures, playing Sims and Barbies, biking to Carvel for ice cream, and jumping off Claire’s bunk bed onto her giant bean bag while making up imaginative skits. Claire’s adventurous spirit shines through her love of hiking and traveling—and this year, she’s backpacking through Africa with Mackenzie, another bridesmaid, to celebrate her 30th birthday. She also has a cute cat named Sterling. The bride feels lucky to have shared so many moments with Claire and is thrilled to have her by her side.

Emily Barr

Bridesmaid

The bride met Emily in cosmetology school at Douglas J Aveda in Royal Oak, and they quickly became like sisters—spending nearly every day and night together. Their friendship grew even stronger working side by side at United Artists Movie Theatre, where they definitely goofed off more than they probably should have. After hair school, they continued their journey together at an Aveda salon for many years. Emily now works in accounting and as a talented wedding makeup artist and hairstylist—and she’s the only person the bride trusts to do her makeup on the big day. They share a love of animals and music and often joke that they’re basically the same person—thinking the same thoughts and loving the same things. When they get together, they’re a powerful force of nature… and total psychos in the best way. The bride feels lucky to have Emily’s friendship and artistry by her side.

Mackenzie Miron

Bridesmaid

The bride met Mackenzie in kindergarten at St. Pat’s, and their friendship grew strong through Girl Scouts, sports, and even rival high schools. Now living in Arizona, Mackenzie is a nurse with a calm, down-to-earth spirit—perfectly balancing the bride’s excitable energy. She loves hiking, camping, and backpacking with her dog Bailey and is always planning her next travel adventure. The bride is so proud of Mackenzie for all the amazing places she’s explored—especially since Mackenzie isn’t afraid to camp alone, something the bride would never dare! Mackenzie’s steady presence and genuine kindness have meant so much over the years, and the bride feels lucky to have her by her side.

Amie Atkinson

Bridesmaid

Amie, the groom’s only sibling and younger sister, finds joy in escaping up north to unwind and soak in the beauty of the outdoors. With her two adorable Border Collies by her side on fishing trips, she embraces every moment surrounded by nature. Amie dedicates her life to caring for others, always showing kindness and compassion in everything she does. When the bride lived in Grand Rapids, they often spent time together—sharing laughter and conversation while the bride did her hair. Their shared love of animals and nature has deepened their connection over the years. Those simple, meaningful moments have built a lasting bond, making Amie an incredibly special part of this celebration.
