Complimentary shuttle service will be provided between the hotel and reception. Pick-up and drop-off will be in front of the Courtyard Marriott. SHUTTLE TIMES (Hotel to Reception): 6:10 PM (Please fill this bus first!) 6:30 PM (Final shuttle) The shuttle will depart to the venue only at these 2 times. Please plan accordingly! (Reception to Hotel) Shuttles will make 2 trips to transport guests back to the hotel. We encourage those taking advantage of our open bar to utilize the hotel block or to please have someone take you home safely <3 Uber/lyft are available in the area, but it may be difficult to find one later in the night.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Courtyard Marriott from Thursday, August 27 through Saturday, August 29. The deadline to reserve with the discounted rate is Monday, July 13. Reservations can be made via the link below or by calling and mentioning group code "LEW." After July 13, the wedding block will be closed and rooms will be priced at the regular rate/may no longer be available. **Update 6/18 A limited amount of rooms at the wedding and standard rates are available. We’ll update here if we are able to add more rooms at the discounted rate. When using the link, scroll down to "check availability". A 2 night stay is defaulted; be sure to adjust accordingly if you plan to stay only the night of the wedding. (*NOTE from Hotel Management: Thursday, August 27th rates will manually be decreased by the sales department prior to your arrival to $119.00 for Kings and $129.00 for Double Queens. Please be advised, your initial confirmation emails will display the higher rate until the sales department makes the reduction and sends the updated confirmation email.)
