Travel Note

We hope you'll camp with us!

It's a spring campout! There's a beautiful forested plot of land ready for dispersed camping. Bring your squishiest camping setup, and let's get cozy in the woods! There will be limited spots for vehicle camping, so be prepared to drive in, drop stuff, and park elsewhere. There will be porta-potties and a hand wash station. If you have large water jugs, bring them (there is not a source of water immediately in camp)! Water vessels can be filled-up at the main property. Showering will be an option, though may be quite primitive. Stay tuned to our 'FAQs & Updates' tab for more camping info. Please be in touch with any camping questions.

Getting here

The Kling's driveway will be marked with a sign. If coming from Ashland, it's about 21 miles up Hwy. 66 and a right turn recently across the street from the Pinehurst School sign and driveway. You'll see signs for camping and event location once you drive past the pond. If coming from Bend, it's about 40 miles after the turn off from 97 to Hwy. 66. It'll be a left turn just after spotting the school, and across from the Pinehurst School sign/ driveway. You'll see signs for camping and event location once you drive past the pond. Most carriers allow for at least a few bars up there.

Flight

Rogue Valley International Airport

Rogue Valley International Airport (MFR) is the closest airport to fly into, and is about an hour's drive from the wedding site. Car rentals are available at this airport. June is THE busy season in southern Oregon, so book your travel sooner than later!

Green Springs Inn & Cabins

If you aren't camping, this is the closest place to stay (about 5-10 min drive to wedding site). Please call to book, and let them know you are with the Kling/ Macfarlane wedding to get 20% discount on either lodge rooms or cabins. There is also an onsite restaurant here.

If you aren't camping, this is the next closest place to stay after the GreenSprings Inn (about 15 min drive to wedding site). There is an onsite restaurant here.

Other accommodations

There is plenty of lodging in the town of Ashland, if you aren't interested in staying nearby on the GreenSprings. Please note that travel to and from Ashland from the wedding venue requires driving 35-45 minutes on a harrowing, windy road. We hope you choose to camp or stay close by so we can see more of you!
