The shuttle will depart the hotel at 3:30pm to arrive at the venue by 4pm. The shuttle will leave the wedding venue at two different times to best fit your schedule. The first departure will leave at 9:15pm. The final departure bus will be on-site by 11pm.

This event is semi-formal. Please note, the parking lot is gravel and the reception will be held outside on grass so please plan footwear accordingly!
Doors open to guests at 4 o'clock for our 4:30pm ceremony. Hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be available during our cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony. Dinner will be served family style. There will be no shortage of food options for meat and non-meat eaters alike. Please let us know below if you have any specific food allergies for our caterer to be aware of (ex: nut, lactose, wheat). Thank you!
